Please note that all reservations for dinner must be confirmed with a credit card. Cancellations or changes are possible up to 24 hours before the arrival time. In case of a no-show, your credit card will be charged 80 euros per person.

We kindly ask that you observe the following policies when booking your reservation:

Please arrive on time for your reservation, as we can only hold your table for 15 minutes beyond your reserved time.

If you need to cancel or modify your reservation, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance. You can cancel your table online, by clicking on the link in the confirmation email, or by calling the restaurant directly.

We appreciate your understanding that we have a 2 or 3-hour dining time policy to accommodate all of our guests, depending on the chosen experience.

Please sign up for our waiting list if your desired date is fully booked. We will contact you if a table becomes available.

If you have any dietary restrictions or preferences, please indicate them in the reservation form or contact us in advance to ensure we can accommodate your needs.

We require at least 48 hours notice to accommodate any allergies or food intolerances. Unfortunately, we cannot cater to vegetarian or vegan diets at this time, but we can serve a pescatarian menu if pre-ordered. Please inform us of any restrictions when making your reservation.

Pets are not allowed.

Krug does not have a dress code. We want our guests to feel comfortable and enjoy their time with us, so please come as you are.
