Please note that all reservations for dinner must be confirmed with a credit card.
Cancellations or changes are possible up to 24 hours before the arrival time. In case of a no-show, the selected menu price will be charged to your credit card.
We kindly ask that you observe the following policies when booking your reservation:
Please arrive on time for your reservation.
If you need to cancel or modify your reservation, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance. You can cancel your table online, by clicking on the link in the confirmation email.
We appreciate your understanding that we have a 2 or 3-hour dining time policy to accommodate all of our guests, depending on the chosen experience.
Please sign up for our waiting list if your desired date is fully booked. We will contact you if a table becomes available.
We require at least 48 hours notice to accommodate any allergies or food intolerances.
Unfortunately, we cannot cater to vegetarian or vegan diets. We are unable to make changes to the menu based on personal preferences, such as excluding fish, lactose, or other individual ingredients. We are not able to accommodate requests made upon arrival, multiple dietary restrictions, or changes based on personal preferences.
Pets are not allowed.
Krug does not have a dress code. We want our guests to feel comfortable and enjoy their time with us, so please come as you are.
